This return and refund policy explains the conditions under which returns, cancellations and refunds are possible.

2. No right of withdrawal for chemical products

Since our products are chemical substances intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes, for safety and purity reasons there is no right of withdrawal or return once the goods have left our warehouse.
This serves to protect our customers and ensure product integrity.

3. Returns for special reasons

Returns are only possible in the following exceptional cases:

  • The delivered goods are damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The delivery does not match the order.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Non-refundable items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used chemicals

  • Products without original packaging or security seal

  • Custom-made products or customer-specific orders

  • Goods that were not purchased directly through pentobarbital.net

6. Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs will only be covered if the error was caused by us (e.g. wrong item, damaged delivery).
In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
